CRISTIANE AMARAL SERPA

Has a business administration degree, major in Foreign Trade by UNA University Center and a master’s degree in International Economic Politics from the University of Tsukuba, Japan. Executive President of INDI and researcher of the International Strategy and Business Center of Ibmec MG, professor of Ibmec MG, visiting professor of Ohio University. She has experience in administration, especially in the following areas: international trade, internationalization of companies, cultures, negotiation, international marketing and business consultancy.

RICARDO MACHADO RUIZ

Economist with a BA and Master’s degree by the Campinas State University and doctor in economy by the New School for Social Research (USA). Associate Professor of the School of Economic Sciences and the Center for Regional Development and Planning (CEDEPLAR) of the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). He was a counselor of the Economic Defense Administrative Council (CADE-MJ) from 01/2010 to 02/2014. He is currently Vice President and Director for Business Prospecting of the Minas Gerais Integrated Development Institute – INDI-MG (Agency for the Promotion of Investments). He has large experience in the following themes: industrial organization and economy, technological changes, antitrust policy and regulation, regional economy and development. Consultant to various institutions: Brazilian Industrial Development Agency (ABDI), Ministry of Science and Technology (MCT), Foreign and Commonwealth Office/UK (Global Opportunities Fund), Applied Economic Research Institute (IPEA), Strategic Management and Studies Center (CGEE), Government of the State of Minas Gerais, Government of the State of Espírito Santo, Public Consortium fr the Development of the Alto Paraopeba Region (CODAP-MG), among other.

Degree in Mechanical Engineering from UFU; Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from UFU; Doctoral degree in Mechanical Engineering from UNICAMP. Production Manager of Casale Equipamentos Ltda; Associate Director of CSFranco Construtora e Incorporadora Ltda; Engineering Professor at UFU; Director of UNIPAC Uberlândia; Urban Planning Secretary of Uberlândia City Hall; Environment Secretary of Uberlândia City Hall; Director of CREA-MG.

 

LETÍCIA AMARAL FRANCO

Degree in Business Administration from Faculdade Ibmec and Graduate in Business Administration from the Federal University of Minas Gerais. Operation in the steel and mining market. Large experience in management, planning and control of activities, mainly in logistics and supplies, and policies for the management of financial and administrative resources. Knowledge: purchase of materials and services; accounts control; development of alternative sources, planning, monitoring of contracts, cost reduction and new suppliers, restructuring of categories. Finances, accounting and human resources management in aircraft management companies.

 

LUIZ CUSTÓDIO COTTA MARTINS

Agronomist from the Agronomy School of Botucatu, São Paulo. Worked for SUCRAL Engenharia e Processos Ltda in Piracicaba/São Paulo and held various positions in a family mill. Director of the Associação de Usineiros de Minas Gerais no período from 1982 to 1988. Member of the Board of Instituto do Açúcar e do Álcool (IAA), from 1984 to 1989. Executive Secretary of the Group of Latin American and Caribbean Sugar Exporting Countries from 1994 to 1996. President of the Sugar and Ethanol Industry Union of Minas Gerais (Siamig/Sindaçúcar-MG and vice president of the Federation of Industries of the State of Minas Gerais (FIEMG – Vale do Rio Grande Region. Today he is the director of the Integrated Development Institute of Minas Gerais (INDI).
